Your messages are stored in memory for the current session. We do not sell your data. Metadata (device type, user agent) may be collected for security purposes.
Message Processing: Messages sent through Zencord may be processed and reviewed by our automated safety systems and moderation staff to detect violations of these Terms of Service, prevent abuse, and maintain platform safety. By using Zencord, you consent to this processing. Message content may be retained temporarily for moderation review.
Violations of these terms may result in a permanent or temporary ban at the discretion of our moderation team. Bans are enforced in real-time. You may appeal by contacting support.
Zencord reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any interruptions or data loss.
